The ELEMENT 110 Monoblocks power amplifiers were design to drive hard loads that typically required very high power. Merrill Audio takes advantage of the power supply and GaN Transistors to drive loads down to 1 ohm before the safety circuits kick in. The design was made so the power will double every halving of load impedance.
